Terms of payment

A 30% initial deposit is required on all bookings, with the balance due upon arrival at the resort. Family reunions and bookings for the entire resort require a 50% deposit. All major credit cards and cash are accepted for final payment. 

In the event of a cancellation of reservation, or no show, the full amount of reserved time is charged; however, you, a family member, or friend may use that towards a stay at the resort at a later date in the same calendar year. Some exceptions apply. 

We do not refund deposits or bookings due to poor weather conditions. If there is an evacuation of the property during your reservation time, we will refund everything in full minus a $35 booking fee.
