Our one-bedroom cabin sits right on the shores of Canim Lake is our most popular cabin rental. Rustic in its design and interior, but fully functional, this gem is stocked with everything you need. This is a one-bedroom with full bathroom, and a pull out kind daybed in the living room. This is a private oasis with a view that can't be matched. Sleeps up to 4 people (2 adults/2 kids) and is dog-friendly. You have your own picnic table and fire pit right outside your door and is close to the boat launch, docks and office. 

PRICING & MINIMUM STAYS:

• $229/night + taxes (May, June & mid-September on) *3-night minimum.
• $250/night + taxes (June 21-Sept 2). Minimum one week. Saturday-to-Saturday. 

ABOUT THE CABIN:

• Max 4 people - 1 queen beds in bedroom and a pull out day bed with two twins. Great for two adults and 2 kids. Are ok if there are 3 small children. Please call to discuss. 
• Full kitchenettes in cabin (fridge, stove and microwave).
• Full bathroom with shower and tub. 
• Large deck with private patio facing the lake.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

• Telus WIFI - Premium WIFI available daily or weekly rates. 
• Bedding for 1 queen bed. We do not provide top sheets, just duvets with freshly washed duvet covers. 2 pillows per bed provided. 
• 2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 hand towel, 2 dish towels, 2 counter cloths.
• Hand soap and dish soap.
• Counter cleaner.
• Toilet paper.
• Shampoo/conditioner.
• Coffee makers (Keurig and drip coffee with filters) - we sell pods and coffee in the office for both machines, or bring your own.
• Kettle.
• All dishes, cutlery, mugs/glasses.
• Cooking sheet, bowls, wine opener, can opener, strainer, toaster. 
• Access to plastic beach chairs around the fire pits.
• Access to coin-operated laundry in the condo building (takes loonies and quarters). Daily housekeeping is not included, but you can either ask the office for additional towels, or use our laundry facilities as needed. 
• Access to little library in the laundry room (take one / leave one).
• Private parking for up to 2 cars. 
• Garbage and bottle pick up twice daily. 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Please bring extra blankets, beach towels and any other items for the beach. 
• If you are cooking for a large group keep in mind the cooking equipment in the room is smaller and based on four people. 
• We recommend bringing drinking water, as there is a boil water advisory on the property.
• Paper towel (counter cleaner provided). 
• Some people prefer to sleep with more than one pillow, so please bring your own if you prefer additional. Two pillows included per bed. 

ADVISORY: 

• There is a boil water advisory on the property. Water is fine for washing dishes and showering, but we advise you bring drinking water. 
• The beach is slightly sloped to the water and is more small rocks than sand. 

DOGS:
We do allow one well-behaved dog (no more than one dog). Damage deposit required. No dogs on furniture and can not be left alone in the cabin. There is a $40 cleaning fee attached to your booking.

DETAILS:

No smoking of any kind in the units or on patios. Check-in 3pm, check-out 10:30am. Rates are based on double-occupancy (four people in this cabin). If you have additional guests and require bedding please let us know in advance and it is a $40 charge. Prices do not include tax (5% GST, 3% municipality tax and 8% room tax).
